The room was tired, but the estuary views were breathtaking.

we had an amazing stay at the old quay. room 6 was spacious with a superb extra-large bed and stunning views over the estuary. the staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast on the terrace, perfect for watching boats sail by.

The location is fantastic with stunning river views right from the patio. The room is well-laid out, though quite small, which may not suit everyone. While the hotel is beautifully presented with high-quality decor, I noticed dust on surfaces indicating a need for more thorough cleaning. Breakfast was good, and the homemade pies were a standout.

Breakfast had a fantastic selection, including full Cornish options. The terrace provided a perfect spot for afternoon relaxation with a drink in hand.

Nice choice for a short stayover in Fowey with reasonable value. Breakfast overlooking the quay was a lovely touch. Try the recommendations at the bar, but be cautious with dining options nearby.

The Loft Suite offered breathtaking views across the bay, truly a landscape photographer's dream. Enjoyed the excellent variety at breakfast and the locally sourced dinners. Only downside, the seagulls were noisy at night. Nonetheless, a wonderful base for exploring Fowey and its stunning surroundings.

The Old Quay offers a remarkable location overlooking the estuary, with a lovely terrace perfect for evening relaxation. My room, the Superior Room Partial River View, was spacious and beautifully decorated. The thoughtful inclusion of waterproof gear catered to Cornish weather, and the breakfast featured quality ingredients, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

The Superior Room Partial River View was spacious and super comfy with a huge bed. Loved the powerful shower and the cozy balcony overlooking the estuary. Thoughtful touches like a coffee machine and fluffy bathrobes were nice. It was warm and had fragrant toiletries too. Only downside was that it got pretty bright at night from outside lighting, so some heavier curtains would have helped.

we had a wonderful valentine's getaway! the stunning views from our deluxe river view room surpassed our previous stay in fowey, making it even more memorable. the attentive staff made us feel special, and the breakfast on the terrace while watching boats sail by was a highlight.

the heating didn’t work properly.
